Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Recipes
Bang Bang Salmon Bites
Ingredients
1 lb salmon (about 3-4 fillets)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1-2 tsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Chives (optional)
Directions
Start by making the bang bang sauce and preheat air fryer to 390ËšF or the oven to 400ËšF. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey. Mix well and then divide the sauce in half into another bowl.
Next, cut salmon fillets into cubes. In a separate bowl from the sauce, add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss salmon bites within the mixture to coat them. Then toss the salmon bites in one of the bowls of sauce (if cooking in the oven do not coat salmon bites in sauce untill after so the sauce does not burn).
Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the basket. Air fry for 4-5 minutes and then flip the salmon bites onto the other side and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145ËšF. If cooking in the oven, place salmon cubes on baking sheet with parchment paper and cook for 15-16 minutes, flipping the salmon halfway through.
After cooking, toss the baked salmon bites (if cooking in oven) in remaining sauce or drizzle the sauce onto the salmon bites if air fried.
Garnish with chives if desired and serve!
