Half down payments for specialty cakes are non-refundable once the order has been started.

Green Valley is not responsible for your item(s) once you leave our establishment doors. Any damage or dissatisfaction with an item must be addressed prior to leaving our store, so please make sure you inspect your order thoroughly. All specialty cakes must stay refrigerated; cakes cannot receive direct sun light and need to be in an area with a cool air flow when removed from refrigeration (keep away from heating vents, high traffic, and windows). We recommend no more than four hours out of refrigeration. Cakes must be kept level during shipping; they should never be placed on a seat during transportation.
