High Protein Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, start by mixing the wet ingredients. Combine the creamy peanut butter and Greek yogurt and mix together to get a smooth and creamy base.
  2. Once you achieve a smooth and creamy base, add in the protein powder, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. As you mix the ingredients, you should start to get a cookie dough-like consistency. If the consistency is a little runny, add a little more protein powder.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips into the mixture to give your cookie dough a little extra sweetness!
  4. Finally, enjoy your cookie dough or divide into smaller portions and store in the fridge for later!
